This Privacy Policy describes how The NXT1 Cloud Company, Inc. (NXT1, we, us) collects, uses, discloses, and protects
Personal Data when individuals interact with:
1. NXT1 websites, marketing pages, events, and communications;
2. NXT1’s LaunchIT Platform, including the LaunchIT Developer Console, Launchpad, and related services;
3. NXT1’s commerce and subscription functionality provided to Vendors, including subscription management, billing, payment processing, and payouts, where NXT1 acts as the merchant of record for applicable transactions; and
4. Products deployed by third-party Vendors on the LaunchIT Platform.
This Privacy Policy applies globally and is designed to meet common requirements under U.S. privacy laws, GDPR/UK GDPR, and recognized security and privacy frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
1. Scope and Roles
Depending on the context, NXT1 acts in different data protection roles:
• Data Controller for:
– Website visitors and marketing contacts;
– LaunchIT account holders (Customers, Developers, Vendors);
– Platform operational data (authentication, audit logs, billing metadata).
• Data Processor for:
– Customers or end-user Personal Data processed through Vendor products deployed on LaunchIT, where Vendors determine the purposes and means of processing.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own privacy notices to their Customers and for ensuring lawful processing of Customer/User data.
For the avoidance of doubt, NXT1 does not determine the purposes or means of processing Customer/User Personal Data within Vendor products and acts solely on Vendor instructions for such data.
2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1 Website and Marketing Data
We may collect Personal Data when you:
• visit our websites;
• subscribe to newsletters or mailing lists;
• request information or demos;
• submit inquiries or forms; or
• attend events, webinars, or trade shows.
This data may include:

2.2 Platform and Commerce Data
When you create or use a NXT1 account, we may collect:

• authentication credentials (hashed or tokenized);
• role-based access information;

• billing and subscription metadata (excluding full payment instrument details).
This information is necessary to operate, secure, and support the LaunchIT Platform.
2.3 Customer and End-User Data
Customer data processed through Vendor products may include identifiers, usage records, or other data defined by the
Vendor’s product. NXT1 processes this data only on behalf of the Vendor, in accordance with the Vendor’s instructions and applicable agreements.
2.4 Payment Data
NXT1 does not store full credit card numbers or bank account numbers. Payment processing, payouts, tax calculation, and related financial services are provided by third party providers, which act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies for payment information.
3. How We Use Personal Data
We use Personal Data to:
• provide and operate our websites and services;
• create and manage LaunchIT accounts;
• authenticate users and enforce access controls;
• process subscriptions, billing, and payouts;
• monitor usage, performance, and security;
• respond to inquiries and support requests;
• send service-related communications;
• send marketing communications where permitted;
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell Personal Data.
