Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2024

This Privacy Policy includes important information about your personal data and we encourage you to read it carefully.

Understanding Our Privacy Policy

NXT1 provides a secure environment for individuals and businesses of all sizes to build and manage their SaaS; a marketplace to sell and manage their SaaS Subscriptions; and a website to share information. NXT1 does not collect, store, or have access to any account information collected as part of a transaction such as bank account numbers. We utilize a 3rd party provider, Stripe, to facilitate all online financial transactions including purchases, payments, payouts, and tax collection and reporting.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, which details how NXT1 collects and uses data, Stripe collects information to provide certain services essential to the use of the NXT1 Service. Their Privacy Policy may be found here: Stripe’s Privacy Policy to understand how they collect and use data. Part of onboarding to the LaunchIT platform or NXT1 marketplace includes setting up a Stripe account, which is required.
