Please read these Terms of Use (Terms) carefully before using the www.NXT1.cloud website and marketplace (collectively, the Site) operated by NXT1 (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. These Terms incorporate NXT1’s Privacy Policy, hereby made a part of these Terms.

Link & Search Results

By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against NXT1 for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site.

Restrictions on Use

Inbound

NXT1 does not generally object to links to www.NXT1.cloud web pages from third party sites. However, the following conditions must be adhered to:

Unless we enter into a specific written agreement with you, you may not use any of NXT1’s names, logos, designs, slogans, product trademarks or service marks in or with your links, except that you may link to an NXT1 site using the plain text name of that site or the plain text name of NXT1.
Do not present the link to NXT1’s site in any way that suggests NXT1 has any relationship or affiliation with your site or endorses, sponsors or recommends the information, products or services on your site. Do not use any of NXT1’s names, logos, designs, slogans, product trademarks or service marks in any advertising, publicity, promotion, or in any other commercial manner without the prior express written permission for a particular use from NXT1.

3. Legalities

Compliance with Laws

You agree that you will only use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not use the Site to facilitate, or otherwise assist others in, the violation of any law or regulation.
